b>ClaudeWRankin.Com celebrates wildflowers and the natural environment that makes them possible.
This collection of wildflower photographs is the work of the late Mr. Claude W. Rankin Jr., a Fayetteville, North Carolina, insurance executive, and his late wife, Mrs. Josephine Moore Rankin.
All of the images were scanned from file and, where necessary, digitally restored.
The project began as a loving demonstration of the quality of Mr. Rankin's photography.
From the beginning, all the resulting prints have employed Epson Archival inks and Epson archival quality paper.
Rather than have the aesthetic joy and educational benefits of Mr. Rankin's work confined to private collections, Southern Connections displays them here.
They are part of a valuable heritage of protection, honor and celebration of the natural world.
If you find the material useful, you may support the site through donations.
Or you may purchase the selected prints that are offered for sale.
